Small update regarding auto parts purchase functionality.
To make it convenient for your automotive repair shop to use our software, we strive to make complex purchase ordering processes and calculations clear and transparent.
We continue working on this task. Currently we are trying to align measurement units for consumables in purchases and spending/usage.
The most common situation is when a supplier delivers consumables in cans and barrels, while usage is measured in liters and milliliters. Because of this, consumables from supply need to be allocated across different tasks and cars while correctly calculating demand and fulfillment.

We are actively working on the parts supply submodule for your car service shops!
This feature will let you create purchase orders and manage them.
With this module you can:
- Add spare parts to purchase orders
- Replace a part with an alternative/analog
- Manage purchase prices
- Generate, print, and pay supply invoices
- View and manage the current status of purchase orders
- Receive supplies
- Payments will be automatically reflected in the reports
- Accepted spare parts deliveries will automatically update inventory quantities
- Then easily use these parts to complete tasks
All parts used for tasks will also be reflected in inventory quantities and reports.
